This project involved the documentation and delivery of a masterplan and detailed tenancy planning across three levels of the existing Metcentre building, including a total of 70 tenancies. The works included the Level 3 basement supermarket, Level 4 street level links between George Street, Jamison Street and Margaret Street and the Level 5 restaurant podium. Street entrances, including the Margaret Street commercial entry were also included as part of this project. Given the primacy of this center the retail planning was of critical to the success of this Commonwealth Fund Management/ Mirvac development.
