ARC developed the retail masterplan for the linking of three centres which form the Wollongong Shopping Centre precinct. These included Gateway shopping centre to the south, Crown Central to the north and West Keira to the west. Our role in retail master planning stages included cost plan options and leasing feasibility studies to determine the level of refurbishment and new build staging for trading stability.
ARC also provided detail design and documentation for the $38m refurbishment of the Crown Central building with tenant remix and anchor tenants including H&M, Anaconda and Rebel.
